Located at 1 St Clair Avenue West in the heart of Midtown, Akin Yonge-St Clair is just across the street from the St Clair Subway station, in a bustling area with countless amenities.

There are Shared Memberships available for $80/month and 55 Dedicated Memberships available (i.e your own studio), including private and semi-private options ranging from 23 sqft for $185/month to 250 sqft for $932/month.

All memberships include 24/7 access, wifi, utilities, insurance, shared storage facilities, restroom and kitchen access, communal workspaces and common area cleaning. Prices include HST.

Akin Yonge-St Clair is located across the street from the entrance of the St Clair Subway station, an approximately 20 meters distance. The East/West 512 St Clair Streetcar also stops at St Clair Station.

Akin Yonge-St Clair is located on the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 11th floor of the building. There are no steps to enter the building and no steps throughout the building. All of the floors are accessible by elevator. There are mens and women’s, and wheelchair accessible gender neutral bathrooms on each floor.
