Inhabiting four floors of a large office building, Akin Yonge-St Clair hosts many private and semi-private studios and large, bright windows. Located at 1 St Clair Avenue West in the heart of Midtown, Akin Yonge-St Clair is just across the street from the St Clair Subway station, in a bustling area with countless amenities.

There are Shared Memberships available for $78/month, which includes access to shared working areas, shared storage, kitchenette, a communal gathering area and bathrooms. There are 55 Dedicated Memberships available (i.e your own studio), including private and semi-private options ranging from 23 sqft at $181/month to 250 sqft at $913/month. As with all Akin studios, Akin Yonge-St Clair has 24/7 access and wifi and a utility sink to wash brushes and other art-making tools.

Akin Yonge-St Clair is located on the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 11th floor of the building. There are no steps to enter the building and no steps throughout the building. All of the floors are accessible by elevator. There are mens and women’s, and wheelchair accessible gender neutral bathrooms on each floor.

Getting here by TTC

Akin Yonge-St Clair is located across the street from the entrance of the St Clair Subway station, an approximately 20 meters distance. The East/West 512 St Clair Streetcar also stops at St Clair Station. 

Bike and Car Parking

There is no free bike or car parking available at this location. Bike parking facilities and 24/7 paid parking is available down the street.
