Remote Gallery Rush List

The Remote Gallery Rush List offers special access to last-minute rental discounts of up to 75% off Remote Gallery bookings.

Each month, the Remote Gallery Manager will email Rush List members with available last-minute dates. If your schedule aligns, you can secure the space at a reduced rate.

Remote Gallery A

Rush List rates:

  • 75% off – Rentals confirmed 1 week away

  • 50% off – Rentals confirmed 2 weeks away

  • 25% off – Rentals confirmed 3 weeks away

Rush List rentals may include:

  • Remote Gallery A – 450 sqft

  • Remote Gallery B  – 400 sqft

  • Both combined – 850 sqft

Rush rentals are first-come, first-served. No cancellations are permitted once a Rush rental is confirmed. Minimum rental term is 1 day, up to 1 week and is subject to availability.

A $50 security deposit  is required for all rentals and is not included in the discount. It will be returned after your rental if the space is left in good condition after the rental. 

A $46 maintenance fee applies to all rentals and is not included in the discount. 


How Can You Use the Space?

Remote Gallery is a flexible, professional environment that can support a wide range of creative uses, including:

  • Exhibitions and solo shows

  • Workshops and artist talks

  • Pop-up shops or art markets

  • Artist presentations or critiques

  • Documenting your work (photography, film, staging)

  • Client and gallerist visits

  • Prepping and staging for an exhibition elsewhere

  • Short-term studio use for large sculptural work or installations

  • Testing experimental ideas suitable for a gallery environment
